Press pause on life and embark on an amazing week of yoga, fitness, movement, relaxation and adventure in one of Mexico’s quaintest and most beautiful coastal towns. Sayulita offers the best of the beach and the jungle with options for sun & ocean lovers, hikers and culture seekers. The eco-conscious Haramara retreat center is built on untouched land offering a truly unique opportunity to unplug from the world and reconnect with nature.

SoulPlay Retreats motivate personal growth and supportive community with experiences that connect and challenge your body and mind. Our deal is, "you do you." We’ll offer at least one yoga class daily, a fitness or movement session each day as well as an arm balance & inversion workshop to help you get upside down, meditation sessions, group activities, hikes and a zip line adventure! Choose the things that make your soul play, and take the rest of the time to "do you," get a massage, take a nap or chat with new friends.

This is not your typical yoga retreat!!

You'll move in the open air of the jungle, hike down to our own private beach, have meaningful conversations, chill in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean, read in a hammock by your cabaña, maybe try the sweat lodge. You'll step out of your comfort zone, relax deeply, and become part of an incredible Tribe on this rustic adventure that will leave you feeling connected, inspired and free.

We start the day with a Vinyasa Yoga class every morning and include a daily Metabolic Effect workout class (30 minute workouts at your own pace). If our day isn't too activity-packed, we'll often end the day with a yin or restorative yoga practice. In between, there's down time and lots of pre-planned activities including a workshop on how to maintain a balanced lifestyle, a session on standing upside down (handstands, headstands and other shenanigans, beginners welcome!), a mala bracelet making workshop and other opportunities to connect...or disconnect.

We show up for ourselves and for each other, we dig deep, we play hard and come home transformed in some way, every time.

SoulPlay Retreats welcome all levels of experience. You don't need to be a yogi, a fitness buff or a movement pro, you just need to be a human being interested in learning, moving and making connections with other amazing humans. Basic familiarity with yoga is recommended but not required - our classes are accessible and challenging for all.

A $500 non-refundable deposit holds your spot. Save $25 if you pay in full!
Payment plans available - just get in touch.

The deposit is nonrefundable - you're committing to joining us and living your best life!
If you choose the deposit only option, please email us to set up your payment schedule. Must be paid in full by May 30th, 2019.
We understand that things happen, so cancellations made up to 90 days before the retreat will receive a full refund, minus the deposit.
Cancellations made up to 45 days prior to the retreat will receive a 50% refund, minus the deposit.
No refunds are issued after 45 days out.

Transportation & Logistics

Plan to fly in to Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR) on Saturday, June 29th.
We will accommodate all flight arrival times but try to land before 5 pm if possible. Round trip shuttle transportation from and to the airport is included in your retreat package.
Plan to depart on July 6th. We send detailed pickup instructions one week before the retreat.

  • Have you had an interest in a yoga or fitness retreat but didn’t want to sit in silence for a week or show up and feel out of place physically?

Have no fear! Our yoga and fitness classes are challenging to all levels and we meet you where you are in your practice and physical abilities. Nathania loves to make yoga playful and accessible no matter how much or how little experience you have. Gary’s workouts are designed for all levels of fitness as well. He likes to say that his grandmother and an Olympic athlete could both get a good workout. If you want to dabble in the world of mindfulness and meditation, without being TOO serious about it, we've got you.

Our adventures span the realm of cave drop-ins of 300ft in Belize to zip lining on the longest line in Mexico to jumping from a 50ft pendulum swing. Regardless, we will meet you where you are and help you get to the next level in whatever area you’ve been stuck.
