Set in a completely unique eco-resort with some of the best food you'll ever eat, you'll explore yoga, fitness, movement, adventure (zip line and more!), lots of beach and pool time, and an opportunity to truly connect with others - no wifi at this place, and it's awesome!

Yoga helps us get to know ourselves deeply, gifts us a valuable tool to help slow down and quiet our minds, and teaches us to develop a sense of confidence and ease in our body. Must-haves for a happy, healthy life from the inside out. Our classes are accessible and challenging for all levels (some yoga experience helps). We will flow in the morning and enjoy a chill session in the evenings. Each retreat features at least one arm balance and inversion workshop to help you get upside down for a fresh perspective on life! Taught by Nathania, classes occasionally feature guest instructors.
The 30 minute workouts are rest-based (work until you can't, rest until you can) making them individualized to all levels of fitness and made to get you great results, fast.
Gary, the co-founder of Metabolic Effect Fitness, uses a combination of bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, weight training and cardio based drills in the workouts to turn you into a fat burning machine. Get ready to sweat!
We believe in the power of adventure to bring people together, and in pushing our boundaries to discover what we're really made of. Each retreat features a different adventure (or two) depending on where we're traveling. Zip lining, muddy ATV rides, white water rafting, hiking up volcanoes to see the sunrise - we've got something exciting planned every time, and it's always optional. Not feeling it? Chill at the resort and read books, get a massage or catch up on you time.
We love to eat, and we love to eat clean, healthy, protein-rich foods even more. The resorts we pick always source local ingredients and craft incredible, fresh, and creative dishes. Menus are varied and can be tailored to any special dietary needs.
Retreat packages include 3 meals per day, fresh juices, coffee and water. There is an extra charge for alcoholic beverages or specialty coffees, billed to you by the resort at the end of each retreat.
